Emma Westenberg

Emma Westenberg is a filmmaker and multidisciplinary artist whose creative journey spans drawing, painting, theater, film and television.

Emma earned her degree cum laude from the renowned Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, where she developed her fine-art sensibilities alongside creative experimentation. As an exchange student, she further enriched her training at the prestigious Cooper Union School of Art in New York City, immersing herself in an international art education.

With a foundation in the visual arts and a passion for storytelling, she seamlessly blends art, fashion, music and performance across disciplines. Emma’s work can be described as a mix of classic visual tropes and fashion & fine art influences, subtly integrated to create her unique, distinctly pop aesthetic. Her ability to shoot critically acclaimed, style centric content, while remaining accessible to a diverse audience has made her a go-to director for bespoke musical artists, fashion labels & globally recognised brands.
